Cancellation Policy
Cancellations 14 days or more prior to the start of the event will receive a full refund, less a $15 administration fee.
Cancellations 13 days to 7 days prior to the start of the event will receive a 50% refund or may choose a full deferral/transfer of the registration fee to a future Taylored Pickleball Academy event or product.
Cancellations less than 7 days prior to the start of the event are non-refundable. However, registration may be transferred to another participant or deferred to a future Taylored Pickleball Academy event or product.
If an event is postponed due to inclement weather or circumstances beyond TPA’s control, participants will receive a credit toward a rescheduled date or may defer their registration fee to any future Taylored Pickleball Academy event or product.
All TPA credits have no expiry date and may be used toward any TPA program or product.
TPA's Camps and campcations Cancellation Policy
Cancellations 60 days or more prior to the start of the event will receive a full refund, less a $25 administration fee.
Cancellations 59 days to 30 days prior to the start of the event will receive a 50% refund or may choose a full deferral/transfer of the registration fee to a future Taylored Pickleball Academy event or product.
Cancellations less than 30 days prior to the start of the event are non-refundable. However, registration may be transferred to another participant or deferred to a future Taylored Pickleball Academy event or product.
If a camp or campcation is postponed due to circumstances beyond TPA’s control, including inclement weather, participants will receive a credit toward a rescheduled date or may defer their registration fee to any future Taylored Pickleball Academy event or product.

TPA Vacations have separate cancellation policies due to resort, travel, and third-party booking commitments.Please refer to the specific trip details and cancellation terms provided for each individual TPA Vacation.
