2:30–4:00 PM | The Third Shot & What Comes Next — Recommended Levels: 3.0–3.25
This session focuses on developing confidence and decision-making around the third shot. Players will explore when to drive versus drop, where to place the ball and how their third-shot choice impacts the next ball. The goal is to help players move beyond simply executing a third shot and begin using it purposefully to get their team into the point and set up their next opportunity.
4:15–5:45 PM | Building the Point — Recommended Levels: 3.25–3.5
Players will build on their third-shot knowledge by learning how to construct a point through multiple shots. The session will explore the 3rd, 5th and 7th shot sequence, advancing with purpose, recognizing attackable balls and understanding how one shot…

Players will work on absorbing pace, executing effective resets, recovering court position and recognizing when they can transition from defence back into offence. The emphasis is on staying composed under pressure, extending the point

7:30 PM-9PM| Levels 3.5–3.99. The final session takes players deeper into tactical decision-making and point construction. Players will learn how to create patterns, move their opponents, recognize tendencies and use positioning to influence what happens next. The focus is on seeing the game a few shots ahead, working with a partner and using purposeful shot selection to create pressure and generate the ball they want.
