Cathy Bawden brings something special to the TPA experience: energy, warmth and a genuine love of connecting with people.
An NCCP Level 2 certified coach, Cathy has a strong understanding of the game and enjoys helping players build confidence and get more out of their time on court. While coaching is part of her TPA role, it is her ability to connect with people and make them feel welcome that truly sets her apart.
Cathy is part of the TPA team supporting select tournaments and travel experiences, where her outgoing personality and natural hospitality help create the sense of community that TPA is known for.
Whether she's welcoming players, helping bring a group together, supporting an event or sharing a laugh between games, Cathy has a knack for making people feel like they belong.
For Cathy, pickleball is about the people as much as the game—and making sure everyone has a great time along the way.
