Nadine Hughes is the driving force behind the business operations, growth and customer experience at Taylored Pickleball Academy.

With more than 30 years of entrepreneurial and business experience, Nadine brings a wealth of expertise in operations, business development, marketing, partnerships, customer experience and building successful, service-driven businesses. Her ability to take an idea and turn it into a well-executed experience has become an important part of TPA’s continued growth.

At TPA, Nadine works across virtually every area of the business, from strategic planning and day-to-day operations to marketing, programming, partnerships, events and the development of TPA’s growing pickleball trip and Campcation business. She works closely with the TPA team to create programs and experiences that are professionally organized, engaging and built around what players actually want.

Nadine is also an NCCP Level 2 certified pickleball instructor, allowing her to bring her passion for the sport directly to the court while maintaining a strong focus on the bigger picture behind the business.

As TPA continues to expand its reach across North America and into international pickleball destinations, Nadine is focused on building a company that delivers more than great pickleball.

She is passionate about creating a strong community, developing meaningful partnerships and making every TPA experience—from a local clinic to a week in paradise—feel seamless, personal and memorable.
