Steve Rawlin

Steve Rawlin brings a wealth of coaching experience, technical knowledge and a calm, approachable style to the pickleball court. As an NCCP Level 2 instructor with a background in tennis, Steve has a strong understanding of movement, technique and strategy—and, perhaps more importantly, a talent for making complex parts of the game easy to understand.

Steve has a natural ability to see what a player is doing, identify where they can improve and turn that into a simple, practical adjustment. His coaching is focused on helping players understand the why behind the game so they can make better decisions and play with greater confidence.

Patient, encouraging and highly observant, Steve works with players of all levels and meets them where they are. Whether he's helping a newer player build solid fundamentals, working with an experienced player to refine their game or coaching strategy for competitive play, he brings purpose and clarity to every session.
Steve is also a familiar face on TPA's camps, leagues and pickleball trips, where his combination of expertise, energy and easygoing personality makes him a favourite on and off the court.

For Steve, great coaching isn't about giving players more things to think about. It's about helping them understand the game well enough that better decisions start to become instinctive—and making sure they're having fun along the way.
