The Oaks - Men's Pickleball League

The Oaks Golf Club and Taylored Pickleball Academy are hosting the Oaks Summer Men's Pickleball League on Wednesday nights starting at 5:00 pm (matches start at 5:30pm). The league will consist of 4 teams (Max of 32 players) with 8 players per team. Each player is guaranteed a minimum of 4 games played each week. The league will run for 6 weeks of regular season play starting May 15th and then with 1 playoff night for a total of 7 consecutive weeks but we have built in one additional week in case of inclement weather ending July 3rd. 

Teams will consist of 2 tiers - Advanced Beginner/Early Intermediate and Intermediate+ players.  Please ensure you are registering for the appropriate skill level (you will be asked to do so in the registration form) to ensure we have a balanced league.

• Advanced Beginner to Early Intermediate (2.5 - 3.25) : Skill requirements:  You have moved beyond the beginner learning stage and have a good understanding of the games rules, scoring and techniques.  You are able to maintain a rally with good shot consistency and can start each rally with a consistent serve &/or return of serve.
• Intermediate to Advanced (3.5+): Skill requirements: You have a consistent serve and return and are starting to target different areas on the court.  You have an improved shot selection including effective dinks, volleys and 3rd shots.  You are starting to implement tactics and strategies that disrupt your opponents rhythm, like targeting their backhand or varying shot pace.

The Oaks Club Member Cost $100+hst/player   The Oaks Club Non-Member Cost $150+hst/player
