With the summer season fast approaching we wanted to share important dates for TPA this year so you can add them to your calendar.
Below are events and dates that we have confirmed thus far but we will be adding more the closer we get to outdoor season so please make sure you join our email community so you can be the first to know through our TPA emails to stay up-to-date :)
OSGA 55+ Pickleball Tournament
Date: June 9th, 2023
Location: Midland Outdoor Courts
This one-day fun and social pickleball tournament will host 55+ & 65+ Men's, Ladies & Mixed categories for all skill levels. The winners of each category qualify for the 2023 Ontario 55+ Summer Games.
All participants must be registered with the OSGA - www.osga55plus.ca/register
The Rally - at the Barn
Date: July 21st - 23rd, 2023
Location: Dresden, Ontario
This Pickleball inspired event was created as a way to bring awareness to the Lighthouse Foundation and to bring the community together. Pickleball is a social, yet quite competitive sport that people of all ages can play. We are excited to introduce this sport to those that may have never played and provide a fun, social tournament for the pickleball players in the Chatham-Kent area.
The TPA has partnered with TJ & Amber Brodie to organize and run pickleball clinics as well as the tournament portion of the event. We had an amazing turnout the last year and hope to make this year's event even bigger and better!

2nd Annual - Ballin on the Bay
Date: August 11-13th, 2023
Location: Midland Outdoor Courts
The TPA & the Midland & Area Pickleball Club have decided that one year wasn't enough.
We will be hosting our 2nd Annual Pickleball Weekend "Ballin on the Bay" to celebrate National Pickleball Day in Canada.
This fun and social weekend is set up to introduce new players to the game we all love on Friday with our Free Youth Clinic and adult 'Academy on Location' (TPA Bootcamp) and then the weekend is geared towards pickleball players of all skill levels that want to celebrate by playing in a flighted tournament, where you are guaranteed a minimum of four games!
We welcome those back that has already told us they are returning and invite new players to come join in on the fun! Registration is now open on our website :)
