Flights - contact Liz/Jen for guidance on which airport to travel to based on your preferred departure airport. We suggest flying into Cancun Airport no later than the evening of November 15 to enjoy our special Welcome dinner that evening.

Personal Expenses
Environmental Tax: The Government of Quintana Roo has implemented an environmental tax of 26 pesos, approximately $1.38 USD per room per night. This mandatory fee is payable directly to the hotel upon check-in. Fees subject to change without notice at the discretion of the hotel; some restrictions apply.
Tourist Tax: The Government of Quintana Roo has implemented a tourist tax of 224 pesos, approximately 11 USD, for anyone age 5 and older. This mandatory fee is payable online at www.visitax.gob.mx/sitio or at the airport prior to departure at kiosks that accept cash. Guests must show proof of payment at the airport prior to boarding their return flight home.

In USD and includes all taxes, fees, accommodation, all meals, beverages and pickleball. Prices do not include flights or travel insurance.

Cameron Taylor, Co-Owner of Taylored Pickleball Academy, is one of Canada's most respected pickleball coaches. He is an NCCP Level 3 Coach, Co-Founder of the Canadian National Pickleball League (CNPL), and a Master Facilitator responsible for certifying pickleball instructors across Canada. Cameron's passion for player development and creating exceptional travel experiences is the driving force behind every TPA trip, ensuring every detail—both on and off the court—is thoughtfully designed.

Joining Cameron is Matt Kawamoto, one of Canada's top competitive players. Matt is a Canadian National Pickleball League player, Head Pro for the Ottawa Pickleball Association, and Head Coach and Player for Team Canada at the 2026 World Championships. His high-level playing experience, engaging coaching style, and ability to connect with players of all levels make him an outstanding addition to the coaching team.
